Law Park Woodlands

Law Park Woodland

The Trust has played a major part in the restoration and preservation of many of the smaller historically important buildings e.g. the burgher tenements extending from South Street to the Lade Braes; the Burgher Kirk at Imrie's Close, 136 South Street; the old house with its pend and forestair at 166-168 South Street; the 16th century building at 11 College Street; the Bogward and Kenley Green dovecotes as well as a number of other buildings.

In addition to these buildings, the Trust maintains the Law Park Woodland at the west end of the Lade Braes, gifted to the Trust in 1963. Student involvement with work at the woodland is a good example of 'town & gown' cooperation.
